A true service professional, Kathleen has been working with Claire for many years undertaking many managerial roles within the business. Kathleen is now our accounts guru, working with Claire and keeping her in check. Kathleen can also be found, on occasion, managing the front of house element for Claire Hanley events. Where would we be without her?

Different celebrations require different levels of service but every one is based on the same formula: efficiency and professionalism. All of our seasoned servers have worked in high–end establishments around the world, and they bring this experience and expertise to our offering. From serving drinks and canapés to buffets and full–service meals where silver service, American, French, Russian or Guéridon service is required.
Caesar Driver
Nearly everyone who works with Claire Hanley gets to meet Caesar. He is a gentleman with a heart made of gold who loves helping people. You could say Caesar is the face of the business. He usually lives on the road, picking up food, drinks, and props from our friends, producers and suppliers. He also takes charge of delivering food from our kitchen to our event locations.

You will never see Maria without a smile on her face. Maria is our organiser who likes to keep our crockery and prop rooms net, clean and tidy. You could find Maria moonlighting as a cook, a server, a barista, a coffee shop runner. She likes to keep busy doing something different every day of the week
BarryHead chef
Barry is the poster boy of the company. He has been working with Claire for over 15 years now. You will spot him in many old photographs on this site. A whiz in the kitchen, a master of his crafts, Barry LOVES making canapés, especially our famous cucumber cups with Dublin Bay prawns! Barry works well under pressure and great cooking the classics. Ask him to prepare and make a three–course dinner with only a few hours to service, he is our man.

Nicolas represents some of the young creative and vibrant talent who work in our business. Our students bring passion, energy, willingness to learn, and above all, a love of interacting with people. Clients and their guests compliment how professional, smart, and well–mannered our ‘spring’ service crew are. Like many young people these days, our service crew love and know their food and drink, and this enthusiasm is an essential ingredient in our events. We love the excitement and energy they bring to our business.
