    Wait until you taste Roth’s breads and you will see why we like to use and champion their products. Based in Glasnevin, Michael, owner and head baker at Roth’s, creates light and airy breads that are full of flavour. Their Guinness bread is superb. It’s light, soft and moist with abundance of malty grainy flavours. We love their flatbreads, milk buns and sourdough too.

    Teeling Whiskey

    There’s something about Teeling Whiskey we like. Is it the spirit? Is it the craft revival of the Spirit? Or is it because they have a historic link with The Liberties area of Dublin that was known as the ‘Golden Triangle’ back when there were over 37 distilleries located in a one–mile radius. We like using their ‘Small Batch’, ‘Single Malt’ and ‘Single Grain’ whiskeys as they are easy to drink and cook with.

She will magically design your bespoke cake to whatever your occasion may be, working on the style, the design, the taste and texture of the sponge, filling and icing. We LOVE her Champagne sponge with white chocolate ganache filling. Light and flavoursome.

Wine should complement a menu and should get the same attention as a menu. Drinks always will perfect the dining experience.

Tara makes impossible event dreams a ‘once off’ reality. Like us, Tara never creates the same event twice.

    Ruth Monahan, Creative Director of Appassionata Flowers, is a close friend of ours and we have worked together on a number of events and celebrations on this luscious green island. Appasionatta Flowers is based in Dublin with a retail store on Drury Street and creative studio on Cumberland Street South. The reason why we love working with Ruth and her team is because they are great listeners with bundles of creativity and floral vision.
